How to Repair and Prevent Rust on a Trailer

In this video we show how to stop rust from getting worse. Using the POR15 Rust Preventative paint we are able to spray it directly over rusted surface. By using the Metal Ready Primer we are able to use this paint without removing the existing rust. This paint can be re coated after its cured simply sand down with 400g sandpaper and prime and paint. This can be more beneficial then galvanising as gal can still rust.

Buffing 2 Pack

This Mazda 3 bonnet was not in the best shape, with tree sap and bird droppings with scratches and scuffs all over it. The sap would come off but would leave a hard residue. By using 2000g sandpaper I was able to sand all the marks off and this also flattened out the clear coat.
