Enough to paint 1 bumper bar
2 x Scuffing Pads
1 x Bottle of Scuffing Paste
1 x Can of Plastic Primer
2 x Cans of your paint
2x Cans of Topcoat Clear
1 x Can of Wax & Grease Remover
2 x Sheets of 1200g sandpaper
1 x Tub of Cutting Compound
1 x Buffing Kit

Step 1: Use the Scuffing paste and pads with some water to scuf the whole part thoroughly.

Step 2: Clean with Wax and Grease remover. Wipe on and wipe off.

Step 3: Spray 2 coats of plastic primer and wait 10 min between coats

Step 4: Spray 3 coats of colour waiting 10 min between coats

Step 5: Spray 3 coats of Clear waiting 10 min between coats

Step 5: Wait at least 5 days then sand with 1200g sandpaper till smooth.

Step 6: Apply some Cutting compound and buff with the woolen buff pad untill Glossy. Then apply polish.

2 x Woolen Buff Pads
1 x Gelson 1010 Polish
1 x Gelson T47 or T57 (light or dark)
1 x Gelson T95 Polish
1 x Evolution Buffing/Polishing Machine
1 x 6 pack of microfibre cloths
5 x sheets 2000g Sandpaper

Step 1: Sand area to be buffed with 2000g sandpaper and water

Step 2: apply Gelson 1010 to area to be buffed and buff with woolen buff pad on the machine at a medium speed.

Step 3: Change buff pads and apply Gelson T47 or T57 to buff pad and polish the panel to get rid of any swirl marks.

Step 4: Use the Gelson T95 to polish the panel this will put paint protection on the panel.
